verify the order details, confirm availability,

Please always feel free to come and visit our Showroom.
We carry a considerable stock of Toshiba laptop
models and accessories allowing you to choose your
preferred model (with knowledgeable staff available
to advise and assist you) and usually leave with
it if you wish.
Payment:
The

when cleared or approved

Transfer (Account details available on request)

(where a credit account exists and a Purchase Order
is received)

and Debit cards are accepted in our Showroom.
Collection
of Orders:
Customers are welcome to collect orders during normal
office hours. To avoid delay we would recommended that
an order be placed in advance and a collection number
obtained so the order may be prepared in advance for collection.
Delivery:
Nation-wide overnight delivery is available on request
and normally charged at a rate of €19.75 + VAT (€24.00
including vat). Large or heavy products may involve some
additional delivery cost. Please contact our Sales Team

Hours:
Office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding
Bank, Public or Christmas holidays.
Availability:
While considerable stock is available at any given time
it is not always a guarantee that the product you require
is in stock at the moment you order it. Please seek confirmation

Installation:
We will be happy to arrange installation of any software
or peripheral options you should require whether in our
premises prior to delivery or on your premises with or
following delivery. Please indicate this in either your
telephone or eMail contact with us. We can then confirm
and include cost as well as scheduling an Engineer to
carry out the work for you.

Service
for any Toshiba product is available directly from our
Service Centre on 01-4505277 or email info@bms.ie.
HP Printer service is provided directly by the HP Ireland
Repair Centre, tel: 01-6158200.
Finance:
Finance rates, where quoted, are exclusive of VAT and
based on a business lease rate over three years. This
is available to most Companies, Sole Traders or Professionals,
subject to approval. Consumer finance is available on

Returns
Policy:
Business
Management Systems is a reputable and authorised supplier
of any product offered and Service provider for Toshiba
computer products in Ireland over more than 21 years.
Any product is supplied as new (unless otherwise specified)
and in accordance with the manufacturers specification.
If any product is found not to be so we will happily accept
a return within the terms of the manufacturer's return
policy, details of which are available upon request, providing
the product is as supplied, i.e. in a resalable condition
without damage and complete with all packaging and accessories
supplied.
