With our support contract, If your network stops working for any reason, we would be your contact. We would either resolve the problem by phone or if necessary call to your site and identify and resolve the problem. Where the issue turns out to be hardware related, we would endeavor to find replacement parts for you. If these replacement parts were unavailable we would offer you other solutions depending on the type of problem encountered. 

Our standard rates are €120.00 per hour or €800.00 per day for an engineer. However, where a project is involved or where on going support is required we are very happy to negotiate the rate. 

The pricing of a support contract can only be determined having carried out a basic site survey (at no cost to you) 

In addition to our networking services, BMS also produces and supports its own accounting software suite, BMS Accounts. It is a fully integrated system with many great features such as an automatic price wizard, email of quotations, invoices, purchase orders and statements to name but a few. 

In addition to using the features which come as standard, the accounting system can be modified by our development team to suit your needs.
