Support/Maintenance Agreement
A support/maintenance agreement is available for €192 p/annum, equivalent to only €16 p/month. It will provide you with three real benefits:

  • telephone support to answer any queries.
  • Free updates resulting from changes in legislation, as required.
  • Upgrade to the Professional version of the software including an auto pay calculator. which can greatly speed up the preparation of larger payrolls with many people on standard pay.

Updates without a Support/Maintenance Agreement
Those who choose not to have a support/maintenance agreement, who register their use of the FREE BMS Payroll system, will be offered any available payroll updates which result from changes in legislation. These updates are costed at the time on the basis of the extent of change or work required and are usually made available from as little as €45 - €75. Alternatively, those using the FREE payroll can always download a new version of the payroll at the time but should understand it is a clean install.


January 2010 Update for FREE BMS Payroll 2009
Those who have downloaded the FREE 2009 payroll to test/evaluate it or set-up employee data in advance of year end 31st December 2009, will be offered a FREE software update for the 2010 tax year, which is now available and will retain all relevant employee data already entered. In order to get the update all you need do is register your 2009 payroll and we will contact you by email. This offer will expire on 31st January 2010.
